Help sticky back button

Is anyone else having a problem with the back button sticking down (physically, not a software issue) after pressing?
It's mighty annoying...

Assuming you've not spilt your dinner all over it at some point, it's broken. Send it back.

well it wasn't like that at first, only the last couple of days, so i've probably got some beer or other such goo in there via my thumb - any ideas on how to try and clean it myself? (it doesn't look gooey in any way, just doesn't wanna come all the way up from its hole very easily)

The safest thing to use is isopropyl alcohol - with the battery OUT! and 5 mins for any residual charge to disipate.
