When I try to boot my Wildfire S into recovery it just vibrates and shows the HTC symbol before rebooting normally.
What originally messed it up was when I downloaded ROM manager and read somewhere that I should use the flash clockwork option within the app, and ever since then I have not been able to boot recovery manually or through ROM Manager.
I previously flashed the wrong ROM in an attempt to fix the issue (not sure why), and thats all been fixed for a bit thanks to CafeKampuchia and others. I had to flash recovery, boot, and system from the MetroPCS RUU's temporary file. I decided to re-root my phone and proceed without backing up again. Well today I wanted to make a backup of the stock ROM so that in the future I could flash a new one.
SO, I flashed the three files again to start out new. The stock recovery ends with a red triangle, if I press up and power I get a few options.
I flashed clockwork again and still no recovery.
