Hey gang. I too am having issues with only 1x and WiMax data. I have attempted the fixes listed http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-support-troubleshooting/301351-help-please-only-have-1x-4g-no-3g.html
I am still having the same issues. I am currently running C7.0.2 as .0.3 was giving me issues. The Sense rom I am using to attempt the fix is Kings UNleashed Z one
When I flash to the Kings rom I have 3g, but after flashing to C7 I do not. I have tried restoring my backup of C7 to no avail, and I have also tried a fresh install of C7 after attempting the fix. I have also attempted to use ALL of the format tools listed under the ROMS page with no success. Im kinda stumped... lol
Any thoughts would be MOST appreciated.
