Yes. But it wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't People already walking around with cupcake on their G1's. T Mobile should release it for everyone at the same time like Apple Does.
 
As a software developer I can totally understand why you wouldn't want everyone downloading at the same time. There WILL BE bugs, and you don't want to have to deal with the whole userbase at once. That said, I'm still waiting for my cupcake update.
