Still no preorder with Verizon?

I decided to pre-order from Radio Shack, they had a pre-order promotion of $50 off $199, so the actual price paid will be $149 plus taxes. No additional mail in rebates or cards. The manager said that they are telling people it will get there on the 14th, but he implied that it may be there before that. I don't really care if I have to wait a couple of days.
 
My status went from "shipped" with a bogus tracking # that looked like an IP address to "Your order is processing. Your shipping details will be available soon." I placed my order about an hour or two after preorders opened.

I ordered mine about 5 minutes after the preorder went live and my status still says "Your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment at www.fedex.com." The tracking number is an IP address though, like you mentioned. My status has been like this since I first placed my order on the 4th. If I actually log into my account and then go to Orders, it says "You haven't placed any orders in the last 21 days."
 
Ugh....I just got another email from Verizon saying my order that was placed on 4/4 has been cancelled and to contact Verizon if I want to replace the order. This is becoming really frustrating.
 
My 4/4 pre-order also had the IP address looking number up until last night. Now the tracking number is blank. No credit card charge yet. Waiting patiently.
 
If I click on the link in my confirmation email, it says Ship Date 4/4/14 and a bogus tracking number (IP address). If I go to the Verizon website and go to order status there, type in my order number, it says my order has been shipped, but still has the bogus tracking number. :(

Awesome! Verizon agreed to upgrade my shipping to overnight due to the troubles I've gone through with my order being cancelled on me. I was told it would ship on Friday and I'd receive it on Saturday.

Edit: I hope the woman I just spoke with was correct about the shipping dates because when I check the status online, it says the expected ship date is 4/14.
