Root Still on 10b. Should I update?

Should I update and if so to what and why? I'm under the impression that the updates was just more security to stop me from doing things the mothership didn't want me to do.

but heard the new firmware made the radio worked better so i flashed it.

Which version and do you notice any improvement? And how much, is it worth overriding fota.apk?

i will have to check the version. i wouldnt know about the rest of the updates,since i have always been on

E is supposed to have radio fixes.. When I had this phone I only flashed the radio file..

Did it help? Do you recommend? What will I notice? How is it done? I applied fota.apk and moved to system. I was told to work around this was to delete data in ??? Oh no brain fart on which file to delete data. I hope this isn't important. I do respect the advice of SS82 and want to thank you for the help in the past and read more from you in the future.

I didnt notice much of a difference but you can get it from here on xda find it below the big red arrow... just flash via recovery..
