Hi 1gouravgg, and welcome to AF :)

Unless you have an a2sd script the phone will not see anything different (except 1GB less space on your SD card). The way these scripts work is they move your apks (and in some cases also the dalvik cache) to the ext partition and set links from the internal memory to the partition. Just having the partition does not give you any more space without the script that lets the phone use it.

Even when you have the script, your phone won't tell you that you have more internal space in total. However, with apps moved to the partition you will have more free internal space. Some apps (Titanium Backup, Quick System Info) will show you how much space is in the partition and how much is used, but again only after you have the a2sd script - without that the partition is invisible to the phone.

I'm not sure you'll be able to add the script to the stock ROM - I'm pretty sure it doesn't support init.d scripts. You can try, of course. Make sure you take a backup using 4Ext before doing anything like that (you should take a backup from recovery - a nandroid backup - before making any changes to the system).

Otherwise any custom ROM will support these scripts - most include them. In the Desire All Things Root forum there is a sticky post "Desire All Things Root Guide" (also the red link in my signature). This contains a number of guides which may be useful to you. I'd certainly recommend reading the rooting faq (will explain how to change ROMs), the root memory faq (which will explain a2sd and ext partitions), and also there is a link to a list of Desire ROMs at XDA-developers. You can probably find a "rooted stock ROM" there which is very similar to your current ROM but which also supports the a2sd scripts. There are also ROMs which are rather more different from the current one. The trick is to read everything until you are sure you know what you are doing, and if you are still unsure ask us to explain :).

You might get a better response in the All Things Root forum - I'll ask someone to move the thread there.

if its mendatory to insert a Rooted ROM,its ok but i need a fully bugs free gingrbrd
rom and its hardly possible for me to find that ROM,if u know about that gingrbread rom (i
love gingrbread GUI) tell me

Sounds like you want a "rooted stock Gingerbread" ROM (i.e. just slightly modified from the official version).

I had used teppic74's ROMs a long time ago, and found them to be very stable, so that would be the simplest thing for me to recommend. You can find a thread describing his Gingerbread ROM here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1200261. The first post will describe the ROM, and in particular has a download link for an a2sd add-on (download it, then after installing the ROM install that as well and it should all work). The download link for the ROM itself no longer works, but another member has posted a download link for to ROM later in the thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=38116711&postcount=503 (post 503 in the thread).

Note that installing that ROM will perform a factory reset, so you need to back up everything before installing.

There are other rooted stock ROMs, which you can find links to in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=809328.

You could try the app "Link2SD" from the Play Store. I'm fairly sure that needs init.d support as well, but you could see whether it works, and change ROM if not. Take a recovery backup first, so if there are problems you can restore that and any mess the app makes is removed. And if you try this, and it seems to work, reboot the phone and check it still works after that (because that's when init.d support will be important). The ROM is probably a cleaner solution, but if you would prefer not to then this may be worth a try.

I used Teppics ROM for a while too. With the exception of a few tweaks (init.d support & apps2sd+) it is stock htc Sense from the official 2.3 upgrade & is very stable.
