Root Stock 4.4.4 art cache?

Does anyone know how we can activate the art cache in the 4.4.4 stock roms?

I have attached the 3 files from the 4.4.4 pacrom and added them.

Art runtime doesn't work on stock. The b10 and b12 updates have it but it doesn't work. I tried switching to art runtime and all it did was make the phone bootloop.

Yeah I wondered about that. I was able to add the art runtime files to stock b06 but with no luck. Boot looped same as yourself.
