Hey,
So I just installed handcent and I turned off notifications in the stock SMS app that comes with the phone. So when I get a text only handcent notifies me, which is all good.
What I'm wondering is, is there a way to disable the auto retrieval of messages for the stock SMS app? When I go into the setting I don't see any options to turn it off.
Most of the past threads say there should be one in the settings so am I just missing it? I've gone through all the setting couple of times and don't see it.
I've got a HTC desire S.
Cheers.
