Stock browser help!

I am using the stock broswer after trying a few others.

I have saved some bookmarks and tried to change the order but when i click save, it doesnt save the changed order. Any ideas of how i can sucessfully change the order?

Also, its not possible to delete the bookmarks that are already there?

To delete them just long press them and up will pop a notification asking you to delete it.

I know I sync my bookmarks with my Chrome browser on my windows 7 system. i know I have changed the order on the windows 7 Chrome and it updated the changed order on my phone. But i have never tried it the other way around.
