Help Stock Browser-Moving Around in a Window within a Website? HOW TO DO IT?

I haven't asked this because I couldn't figure out how to phrase it so it makes sense.

Now I think I found the right words to describe what I'm trying to do, I'll see if anyone knows how the heck to do it.

If I'm in my stock browser and say I'm on Ebay but not the mobile page, I want to search using advanced features on Ebay's website.

I click a box under a column that says 'by seller'. Now I want to search for a product but only if the seller is in the USA. A window comes up and gives me boxes to check or not check to narrow my search.

At the bottom of that box is a blue button that says 'GO' or 'cancel'. Every time I try to get to the bottom of the box to click GO, it won't stay centered on the Droid 2 screen and as soon as I hit GO, the box slides down the page and I can't ever seem to click GO before it slides away.

Maybe this cannot be done on a Droid 2 since the screen is only so big or is a window like this considered a Pop-Up?

I think of pop-ups as something you don't ask for they just 'pop up' on the screen so in my browser settings I have a box checked BLOCK POP UP WINDOWS and the setting that let's me opens NEW PAGES IN BACKGROUND is NOT checked.

Is this my problem, the settings or am I trying to make the phone do something it isn't able to?

Ebay was the easiest way to explain it, I rarely use the non-mobile page on my phone but this is something that I have trouble with on other webpages so I thought I would get the answer from the pros.

Called Verizon, they have no clue what I'm even asking because the tech people I've happened to get, don't have a Droid 2. Each Android phone is different and I get that. Hopefully someone here can help :)

Thank you!
