Stock debloated ROM?

Can anyone make a debloated, deodexed ROM based from stock? So, no unneccesary gapps and no xperia launcher (touchwiz(rbhero lol))? And maybe a version with and one without Samsung apps? A lot to ask, I know, but it would be helpful, and probably not just to me


Maybe use comps's deodexed /system/apps and /system/framework for the deodexed part of it?
