Stock earplugs quality

Just got my V30, and was expecting a great sound from the stock B&O ear plugs. Instead they are outright horrible - no base at all, and very thin sound only. Other headphones sound good. Is this normal for the B&O plugs, or is something wrong with mine?

I haven't used mine yet! I have an LG Bluetooth headset that I use! So I just used mine and the Hi-Fi quad dac option came up! I have no issues with my headphones! Sound is pretty good! I have the Hi-Fi option on and volume is about 50%!
