Ok so I've had my note 3 (sm-n9005) since launch day. I'm on uk Vodafone.
Yesterday I had my phone knocked out of my hand by me dog. Resulting in the casing next to the volume rocker cracking. I have insurance with Vodafone so contacted them for repair/replacement. I had to take it to my local Vodafone shop which is a 40 mile round trip. Only to be told by one of the terrible members of staff there that she would not put my note3 in for repair as I have a custom flashed rom on my phone. I've never rooted or flashed my note and only updates are from Samsung OTA. Any advice would be great. I've enclosed a screen shot of my firm wear
