Stock Google Tasks Widget

Don't believe so. Google is lacking on widgets of many types. I use Gtasks, it has a nice scrollable widget, syncs well (unfortunately not until you open the
app, although it may be on a timer, haven't noticed).

Sample gtasks, calendar events show first, then task folders:

Two-year user with a beginner’s question...

I use the stock calendar on my PC and my droid, they sync fine. The PC (web) version has the Tasks module on the side. But on the droid, it only offers the calendar. So I had to find GoTasks, a third-party widget that works great and syncs right away with that Tasks module.

So I don’t have a particular problem with this setup, but a I do have a curiosity... does Google already have a stock Tasks widget that I’ve somehow overlooked all this time? If so, where the heck is it? And if they don’t have one, why did they even bother with a web-only module?

I have a strong suspicion that its been put on the back burner, or worse yet abandoned.

I tried to find something similar about a year ago, and all I could find were outdated articles discussing what Google was planning on doing with Tasks, and they were all like two to three years old

I reckon that question’s been answered. Thanks.

And while gTasks is a good one, I just got the other cuz it uses a tenth of the space and still performs the basics.
