I was running a search on "wallpaper" in hopes of finding a solution to this same problem. It is happening on my wife's and my stock gtabs. Did you ever find a solution to this problem? TIA
Well, I guess I found the answer on another forum. Seems it is a known bug that is not going to be fixed for the stock gtab. Guess I will do without static wallpaper or root it.
