Not pure AOSP, no. The closest would be CyanogenMod, but there are some not working things on both 9 and 10.
There is a ROM that took stock and tried to remove an much Sense as possible. The plus side is that everything works on it, the downside is that there's enough Sense still there that, IMO, it doesn't look very polished. You may think differently though. It's either Midnight or Mobster, I forget which.

It's mobster rom to avoid any confusion.
