Is there a way to turn on the Swipe-like feature of the stock keyboard and not have auto-correct on (or at least adjust the aggressiveness)?

I made it through 2 hours with my Galaxy S3 after I activated it before I installed Swype Beta. Stock keyboard blows imho.

Google Swype Beta, it's not in the Play Store, easy to setup. You must have to change your preferences to be able to install non market apps.

"easy to set up"

1) Go to Swype website, register, password, recive email with activation number.
2) Download Swype Beta to phone.
3) It asks for User Name, Password then "Login".
4) Goes back to 3)
5) Etc, etc, etc.

it almost feels like the samsung keyboard was a last minute effort. it simply just sucks. Been using swiftkey 3 since about 2 hours after getting the phone and havnt even thought about going back. sometimes like to use swype, but its too humid here and my finger just sticks to the screen so its kinda a indoor only keyboard

Where do you live? I tried living in Florida for a couple of years and the weather sucked. I finally pulled my head out of my butt and moved back to the West Coast.
