Stock Mail App!

Hi All
I am using the stock mail app which I like.

I want to bring in the emails automatically so do I use smart sync or what?

The stock app should be able to pull in emails from most accounts. Press menu, then new accounts.

It's all set up, I just need to know how to pull the emails in automatically as in what setting I need??

That should be it - you enter your username and password, the phone should do the rest.

i use smart sync. in settings it gives you an option under sync, send and receive re selecting peak time. i am assuming that smart sync is supposed to be more active then, but i can't be sure. i am running two different accounts within the app and it seems to do a decent job of handling both.
