I have been using the stock SMS 'messaging' app on my Samsung Galaxy S3. I liked the way you could personalise the appearance, background, text bubble style and colour.
However, since upgrading to Android 4.3 I can no longer change the colour of my text bubbles to give the app a more personal feel. Why is this? Only a very small gripe, but annoying nonetheless.
Obviously the options are there to download a 3rd party app, I've tried a few, but always end up uninstalling them, because I prefer the simplicity of the stock app.
Anyone know of a work-around, or of any plans to restore this functionality in future updates?
