Help Stock method to turn off ringer when charging?

Is there a way to set the LG G3 (AT&T version) to turn off the ringer and/or notifications when the phone is charging without the use of a third party app? Thanks in advance!

Not that I am aware of. May I ask why you are opposed to 3rd party apps that might do this? There are several free ones available in the Play Store that look like they do what you want.

I always prefer to use the existing os to accomplish tasks... for many reasons - this one is the fact that's it's being done in conjunction with an alarm app, and now you have two apps running and there's often conflicts, have to turn both on then both off. Just trying to find out for sure if it can be done as an existing setting and therefore no need to be adding layers of apps running to accomplish something seemingly simple.

No there's not ....
