Help Stock Music App, Playlist keeps deleting songs in Playlist

I created a playlist on my HTC One SV on the Stock Music App, I was listening to the playlist and turned off my cell to charge it since it charges quicker when its off and when i turn on the cell back on the Playlist is there but it is empty inside. The songs appear for about 3minutes then they disappear. The songs dont get deleted from my phone they only get deleted from my playlist. I restarted the phone and the same thing happens. How can I fix this? or is there another music player app that doesn't delete playlist like this?

Can you give us a little more info and what your running? Rooted, kernel, etc?

Try the app sdrescan. It's free on the market. Sometimes that helps.
