Help Stock, not rooted, stuck in boot loop

Hi!

Sometime this afternoon my wife's Incredible 2 locked up. It's stuck in a boot loop. We see a white HTC screen, a second white HTC screen, then a black screen with a red and metal Droid animation. It gets to a point in the animation and then reboots.

Phone is stock, and not rooted and not really messed with in any way. I don't even think it was boot unlocked.

She didn't do anything weird like drop it or anything.

Any ideas?

I think its done. Pulling the battery didn't help. I couldn't even get into HBOOT using the volume and power button. This is a manufacturer's warranty issue.
