Root Stock Recovery & Kernel For Event + Download Links

Hello Fellow, Android Developers

I have recently been trying to get the stock Recovery so i can make cwm for the event, well i finally got the stock recovery.img and the stock Kernel.img.

i got the images by using Flashify

Does the recovery, thru Flashify, give us an accessible recovery that will do full backups, like CWM or TWRP. Another question, if you ROM is screwed, can recovery (and backup) be accessed to restore this thing.
Just wondering, or rather, hoping!

Finally got Flashify to work after I switched from Superuser to SuperSu, which handles the root issues better. Install of the kernel & recovery worked. I still use Andromizer to make a backup because it saves to my sd card. I am eagerly awaiting somebody to make a deodexed rom for this phone. That will allow us more customization. Thanks for the tip & links.
