Root Stock Recovery?

Where can I find a download of the stock Incredible recovery image? I just got my Incredible ten days ago and am returning it for a refund because my employer is offering to buy me one free. Gotta unroot, first.. I've got the stock rom (2.2 Froyo, right?), I just need a link to the recovery. Anyone got one?

the best way.. is to if you are s-off, first flash the s-on tool. then, get the latest RUU and make a PB31IMG.zip out of it. and flash it in HBOOT. I've done it for 5 refurbs for this phone already.
