Root Stock rom

Does anyone know how I could get a copy of the stock rom, I tried to flash gingerman v.1 (a ideos rom) since theyre basicly the same phone, but it force closes every 15-20 secs and Im stuck in airplane mode. I made a cwm backup, but when the rom flashed it changed my cwm version, now it wont read my backup. I was hoping there was something like Samsungs Odin, but for huawei. If anybody has an idea what I can do I'd appreciate the help.

i forgot. when it gives u the list of phones to choose from i clicked on ideos. it doesnt mattr anymore anyway, i wiped my whole phone and took it back to the store and said it wouldnt turn on and they ordered me a new one. thanks though.

Did any errors pop up? And of you used rommanager did you name it there?

I did not get any errors, and yes I used Clockworkmod when renaming it, and I tested a restore, was successful, then zipped it, before posting the link.

Additionally, to anyone who wants to use the U8150 Clockworkmod on the M835, please save yourself the trouble, backing up the phone will result in an error about reading the /cust folder, so was never able to use it. Seems that the Ascend recovery works much better

what version did you use it keeps aborting on 3.0.0.5

Yes I used version 3.0.0.5, what I did was zip up the backup that I created and uploaded it, so unzip the file, copy the folder to the SD card and do a Restore instead of Install ROM.

what does metro's warranty cover? I doubt they cover me screwing around with and breaking the phone part of the phone. LOL

HUSH! That's something you DON'T tell them!

I'm not so sure as I have not had to return a phone, besides telling the guy who sold it to me "It sucks." But I'm sure there's like a 2 week, if not, 30 days or something...
