Stock setting for power saving mode. Help

Hey i accidently clicked powersaving when my battery said low.was just wondering in the settings menu are those three boxes for cpu, screen power nd background colors.are those boxes ticked or unticked stock??? Also does it make a difference if its not activated on because it seems u cant rick a box enless its off!! :s

Please help.not sure if they were ticked before or not.
