Stolen phone, received new one...what should I do first?

Thank God for insurance. Anyways, I backed up my phone with Titanium. I was going to flash cognition. My question is what should I do first. Do I need to flash to stock even tho the phone is stock?

Why would you flash stock if you are already stock? Clockwork Mod, install Cog and start restoring apps.
