How do i stop my facebook contacts showing up in the list when I send a text/sms. They are not shown in People!

The exact method will differ depending on what sms app you are using, but the gist is that you have to enable the option where the sms app will only show contacts with mobile numbers

Uisng standard android sms app. I had this sorted/ok before, but did a reset 2 weeks ago, and trying to get back to my original setup.
For people/view contacts - i have Only with phone number checked, and unchecked both facebook options, it is just that facebook/android has added everyones phone numbers onto facebook!!!

View of contacts in People SHOULD EQUAL view of contacts in SMS list!
