I have Galaxy Trend with Jelly Bean 4.1.2 want to stop notification of google photos when it has synchronized the photos I took from my camera.Please guide with the step I need to take

Try this:
Open Settings/Apps and go to the All tab
Locate Picasa Uploader
Select it and on the resulting screen disable Show notifications
