Ah simple, just press deny every time.
just disable it:

scroll down until you see "turn off samsung pass" and follow instructions.

Settings - Apps, select that app, force stop?
James_Watson - Force stop only stops the app until the next reboot.
ocnbrze - I followed the link you provided but still have problem. Once I tap Samsung Pass, I am prompted to log in (which I have done) and then there is no three dots only choosing how to secure the phone pattern face recognition etc

Go into your phone settings and do a search for samsung pay settings. This should take you to the option mentioned in the link.

So, contact a Samsung Customer Service Center for help?
same thing just search for the settings in samsung PASS within the phone settings. its there, you are just not finding it.
