Help Stoppage Issues.

Basically, when I turn my phone on, my standard apps are stopped and I get notification(ex. "System UI/messaging/Voicemail...etc. has stopped"). Also, when I try to access a google related app I get notifications like these("google.android.gsf.login has stopped" or "google account manager has stopped"). I have no clue what this issue could be, I have factory reset my phone 3 times and i'm still getting same error notifications immediately after it starts up.

bad rom. restore to stock, or if stock, factory rest.

Try clearing the cache of those programs go to settings down to I think APS there is a place to clear ur cache for apps it ur rooted get in to recovery an clean your devalk cache
