Help stopped unexpectedly

I often gets this message "The application bla..bla.. has stopped unexpectedly. Please try..and so on".

Is this also an Android 1.6 "thing"?

Most often it is due to a poorly written app or apps. Or a conflict with the home replacement used (Timescape).

Check what the scenario is leading up to the FC (Force Close). What apps are running at the time etc. Sometimes, uninstalling all your apps, and then reintroducing them one at a time to see if they are causing the issue can often find the problem app.

Or, try asking in the Apps thread if any of the apps you have installed are known to cause issues.

There are several 3rd parties apps that have this problem. When it occurs I have to Lill the app with a task manager. I do suspect it has something to do with my wifi, because it happens when the app needs updating or information to- or from the net.
