Help Storage filling itself up! please help!

[Android Question]

My s7 edge is telling me I don't have any storage left. Iv deleted basically everything. Moved all photos I want to keep to my sd. It then sometimes shows a load of free memory then seems to fill itself back up again within a few hours. Iv cleared cache and deleted basically every app I had but it's still telling me that iv got 23ish gb of apps taking up my memory. I'd rather not factory reset if I can get away with it so does anyone have any ideas?
