Storage is full

Hello!

I'm getting a "phone storage is full" message. This is blocking incoming e-mails and possibly SMS.

Given the wording of the message I'm assuming this refers to the phone memory, and has nothing to do with the Micro SD card. Am I correct?

I follow the error prompt to go to the storage utility, but can't find major things to delete. I delete all I can and still get the errors.

Forgot to say my phone is Alcatel 918D

yeah, it's regarding the phone memory.

you can try:

1) move apps to the SD card
2) clear the cache
3) delete old emails if you're downloading them
4) go into settings->apps->all apps and sort by size, and clear data on the largest of them (if possible)
5) delete apps.

but other than that, you're kinda looking at the end of your storage space.
