Help storage issue!!!

Hi,

Got a Vodafone smart 1st 7 android phone running 5.1 of android. The phone memory ran out quite quick. So i bought a 64bit SD card, which i have put in my phone, which it can see fine. I changed my setting to use the SD card as storage, however each time i try and download anything from google app store it says not enough space, even though there is on the SD card.

please help??

This is because your internal space on your phone is full. Unfortunately this will haunt you for the life of the phone.

You can improve this by going into the apps area of the settings on your phone and clicking on each app and seeing if you have the option to move to sd card, which will greatly improve your situation.

However some of the data will remain on the internal space and some apps will not move to the sd card. So you will have to pick and choose which apps you can afford to have installed.

Your really need 1gb of space free on the internal space for apps the download and install correctly as this is where all the action happens, so low space will always result in playstore installation issues.
