Help Storage Space Running Low

Hi Guise Help!!.. I Got a my phone rio junior alerts me with Storage Space Running Low... even though have any downloaded apps, i reset it also many times... i cant install apps anymore... also rooting failed i try 3 rooting software also... please help

So is the storage space running low? How much space do you have on the device (device only - removable SD cards are irrelevant for this question)?

i have a total of 131 mb
available - 800kb
apps - 48.08mb
cached data - 174b

I only have system apps... i cant open any apps anymore...
