Storing files in folders

Hi all. Just got a Revolution and I can't figure out how to access files that are stored on the SD card or internal memory. when I select an attachment in email to download and save, it asks me if I want it saved on the SD card or the internal memory. I select one or the other, but then how do I browse the phones memory so I can open the file again?

I also have a few folders set up on a canvas and I'd like to put email attachments in these folders. These are mostly PDF's that I need on a daily basis so they need to be stored where they can be easily viewed when needed. How do I put files into these folders?

Use the market app on the phone and search Astro File Manager.
