What are the best android story games (free or paid) you can find on the play store?

It really depends on the players opinion. There are thousands of good games free/paid that suits anyone. I like the paid version of Final Fantasy they have for the game. Its a steep price of 14.00 but well worth it.

Not exactly sure what a 'story' game is but The Silent Age is very cool and it's a walk-through puzzle-solving type game with a great story.

Nope Harry Potter games are not scheduled to be released on Android. However you can play first few games on android by installing ps1 emulator and getting the game for ps1 on it.
