Root Straight to Voicemail

hey guys i am having some trouble..people keep telling me that they are calling me and my phone goes straight to voice mail..not always but a few times..so far 3 people have asked me whats wrong with my phone and sometimes no ring just all of the sudden i have a voice mail..can anyone help me or have any ideas on why this is happening......might have to go back to factory..but dont want to love my #2 PINK

Is your phone off when this happens?

no..my BF was right in front of me and he put it on speaker im looking at my phone not ringing then hearing the "your call has been forwarded to an automated voice mail" message

Its your service I live in Atlanta but I went to Floridian on vacation and sometimes I would have service but my phone wouldn't call or revive calls its sucky metro service

yeah i guess.....but i get texts people yelling "answer your phone"...just started happening maybe within the last +/-week

Just a thought.

No roaming charges on metro. So I keep home network set to automatic and I keep data on when roaming. I really don't know of it helps. I am in sacramento, metro coverage is good here most of the time.

Have you checked the prl? I believe it should be 3029 for metro. At least the last time I checked.

Other than that, I know some people have had issues with some combinations of ROM/kernel. But idk enough to be any help there...

What type of access do developers have to modding the UI with various fonts, colors, graphics, options, etc... ? It would be pretty cool if people could very easily customize their phone.

Hey that's an app idea right there. Create an app that will customize the theme for you... select your own font, font sizes, colors, etc... and the app does all the dirty work in the background!

So far hitting the same speeds have to test more

Lol! Thank you. I just updated mine from 3029 to 3030. For about a week now, I have been roaming in places that were metro before. I have also noticed a jump from 1-3mbps to 2-5mbps. I should have known to check the update for myself!

Well I updated to 3030. I got about 5 real slow reads from speedtest. So I went upstairs to learn how to go back to 3029. Connection was so slow I timed out trying to load the thread! So I retested and got these....

Guess I will try it for a few days before going back. Please post if it helped or hurt. And if it hurt, I would look at 3029 as well....
