Strange APP Behavior

Hello Folks,

I need help with a conundrum. I frequently install apps on my phone and uninstall them I don't need them only to install them later again. Skype, Snapchat etc. Well suddenly 1 app i use automatically logs me in when I turn it one. I don't use Samsung Pass, or let google keep my passwords. I have tried to purge every reference of the app one I uninstall and when my kid goes to use the app on my phone, it logs into mine automatically EVEN after the app is completely uninstalled. Thoughts?

You are certain that the option to let Google store app data is turned off (not passwords specifically, but app data generally)? If that's on it could just restore the app's settings when you reinstall it, which might account for it.
 
just another thing i found that might help in the fututre:
go to settings>google>smart lock for passwords>auto sign-in

you can turn this feature off as well. this feature will auto sign-in into apps and websites that's connected to your google acct.
