Help Strange behavior

This has happened twice so far. After talking for about 15 minutes on my blue tooth, as soon as I disconnect the call, the phone starts playing a song from my sd card. I don't have a music library on my phone because I us my iPod for that. This song is a recording of my luthier instructor and was used as a ringtone on another phone. I know I can delete the song, but I'm curious as to what would cause this. It hasn't happened while making calls without my Bluetooth.

Any ideas?

Force close the music app and you should be ok.
