I have (well the kids do) an old Hudl with has recently developed a weird problem.
It will not charge when it is switched off, or if the screen is off. As soon as the screen is on its starts charging.
When you unplug it from the charger the battery lasts about 2 minutes even if you manage to get it to 100% charge.
Not looking for a fix as I have ordered a new tablet, the hudl was getting very slow and was missing a camera and had the usb board changed. Kids eh. I just thought it was strange that it would only charge with the display on.
