Help Strange files keep being made and they cant be completely erased

Well, im having the same problem since 3 months now.
I install the generic ROM to my galaxy y, root the phone and install some apps but after a week of installing everything I browse the files in my sd card and this weird files with symbols and odd file extensions appear in it. I have tried deleting them and some are deleted but others are left behind, although it says that they have been deleted and in minutes they have produced the same amount of strange file that there were in the beginning(Deleted both, in the Android File Manager and in the computer). Also completely formated my sd with various special softwares, and completely restored my android to factory state and installed the ROM again.

Also the strange files always appear in just one folder and don't spread to the others, although they infect the files in the folder, and in each occasion that I found them, they are in different folders.

Look for an app named IOBit. Use Application manger to clear its data, clear its cache, force stop it and uninstall it.

Well, uninstalled the Mobil Care of IObit which is an antivirus (lol) and connected the phone into my pc and run the chkdsk function of Windows, and discovered that the source of all the virus was in the Tumblr folder in the data file. One would think that from a very popular page like Tumblr they would have already fixed this kind of problems. And found out that I was storing some images from tumblr in the IObit folder. After I uninstalled Tumblr the strange files stopped duplicating, now I need to know of a way of deleting all this files without having to make the process again of installing the ROM and all the apps, and formating my sd card.
