Help Strange grid effect on x10 mini pro screen

I have only had my pro for 2 days, But when i use it in the sun or catch it at the right angle i see a big dotted grid, It covers the whole screen, Sometimes when im outsite using it it even shows over the things im doing ie sending a text, But mainly its when the phone is off or on standby.

Is anyone elses the same?

Do not worry about this, I believe you are just seeing the digitiser. This is generally only visible when you get very bright sunlight on the screen at just the right angle.
