Help Strange Icon on certain Phone calls

Has anyone noticed a strange icon on their screen when placing a call. I've only noticed it on calling my girlfriend who has an Iphone. It looks like a crown and has been counting down. Today it says "In 4 days" with a picture of the crown.

I'm running Zeam Launcher so I don't know if that has anything to do with it either.
