Why can't I see how much data these apps are using? to me that all appear to be apps that would be using a very nominal amount. Is this something to be concerned about?

You can turn off all the background mobile data easy, just head over to the app and switch them off in the third choice below each one, that will be pretty chill, and you will not worry about that.

its only a concern if you have a data budget on your phone plan. but if you have unlimted data like me then it should not be a concern.

As noted in another thread, you can see how much data they are using: click on the app name in that list and it will tell you. "Restricted" just means that they aren't allowed to access data in the background.
