Strange sync issue with android

Hello Droid users!

Wondering if anyone may have a helping hand for an issue I have experienced. I recently synced my phone with my google calendar and outlook calendar, but the timezone used is an hour early. Both my calendars on my computer are eastern time zone, my phone is set to eastern time zone, yet those two calendars are off. I don't see any option to adjust the setting. Anyone know what I can do?

my phone is actually set to manual time so it doesn't use DST settings. That's a whole other problem of its own lol.. For some reason my clock falls behind every couple of days by a minute.. So after a few weeks, I have to add 3 or 4 minutes.. If I leave it on network provided values, its now like 45 minutes behind.. lol
