Help Strange Unnamed Folder Icon

Today I noticed a stranger folder icon on the home screen of my S3. When I tap it, I get a strange text box titled "Unnamed Folder". When I close the box, I receive a Touch Wiz error message. Anyone have any ideas as to what this is? I've attached screen shots.

I have moved this thread into the Galaxy S3 forums to receive some device specific support since this is a Touchwiz issue.

Yes I can delete it...but curious as to what it is...bug, virus or some leftover from a previously deleted app??

You've added a folder to your home screen and not put anything in it. You can add these by long pressing on the home screen and clicking add folder. You've probably done this without realising while trying to do something else.

You're lucky. I take mine and put it in the trash can, and it is still there. Any help?
