Hi, I'm xylinnc, Charlotte to be exact. I have a Kyocera android through Cricket. Everything was fine until a couple days ago when there suddenly appeared a small box on the home screen containing schedule information/ I realize that I must have done something wrong, but everything I've tried to get rid of it seems to fail. Help!

Sounds like you put a calendar widget on the homescreen accidentally. You should be able to remove it by pressing and holding on it. The phone should vibrate a tiny bit and you should see a "trash can" looking icon near the bottom of the screen. Keep holding down on the calendar widget and drag it over to the trashcan and let go. This should remove it
